Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly. When you contact us, request a sample, book a call, or begin a paid engagement, we collect information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and any materials you share with us in connection with a Trustglass or PTAD engagement (such as security documentation, questionnaire files, or target account lists).

Information collected through our Sites. When you view a shared document through DocSend, we require an email address before granting access, and we receive analytics on document views (such as time spent per page) tied to that email. When you book a call through Cal.com, we receive your name, email, and any information you provide in the scheduling process. When you submit our intake form, we collect the information requested in that form, including any files you upload.

Business contact information from third-party sources. In the course of identifying and reaching prospective clients, we obtain professional contact information — such as name, business email, job title, and employer — from third-party B2B data providers (including Apollo.io). We use this information to send business development outreach. If you receive outreach from us and did not request it, you may opt out at any time by replying to the email or contacting us directly at the email listed below; we will honor opt-out requests promptly.

Payment information. Payments for our Services are processed through Stripe. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details — Stripe handles this in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). Our Services do not involve the collection, storage, or processing of PHI as defined under HIPAA. If you believe you have inadvertently shared PHI with us, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
